Roll Forming System
Roller material is high grade No.45 forged steel plated with hard chrome, which is processed by the digital- controlled procession.
The 40 mm thick roll-formed wall ensures a 15-year service life of the machine.
Shaft material is No.45 steel with with a diameter of 72mm, which is strong and durable. The roller shaft is processed twice with a grinder.
After grinding the shaft, the roller on the shaft can ensure the accuracy of the final sheet.
